Return Policy
1. Claims for Damaged or Defective Items:
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- Items with minor variations in color or design placement (due to the production process) are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for returns.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer or incorrect care practices.
- Items with incorrect sizing if the customer did not refer to the provided size chart before purchase.
4. How to Submit a Claim:

Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only offered in the following scenarios:
- If the customer receives an incorrect or defective item.
- If the product is lost during transit (subject to courier confirmation).
2. Refund Process:
- Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 8-14 business days via the original payment method.
- An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.
3. Refund Amounts:
- Refunds will cover the product’s cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for international orders due to the custom nature of our products.

Wrong Address Policy
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided during checkout:
